I’m Back!!!!!

I have started lifting weights again. My wrist is much better though there needs to be some strengthening so I am lifting light weights and going for more reps. I will do this for the next week or two abd then try to incorporate the heavier weights after.

Join me as I resume the strength pyramid. I am in phase 2 which is the first version of the 15 minute workout!
