WELCOME TO VERSION 3! ARE YOU READY TO PUSH PAST YOUR LIMITS?! This version is set to help you on your muscle and strength-building journey. You will aim to hit the entire body twice a week. One pass-through will focus on a number of reps to help with hypertrophy. The second pass will focus on weight with fewer reps to help with strength increases. For those of us doing this at home, there will come a point where it will work out to be the same as we run out of heavier weights. I have added an optional day 5 as a 2nd Full body so you can hit your body 3 times a week. You can also choose to alternate the two full body days if only going for the 4 day version HAVE FUN AND ENJOY VERSION 3.
