This is the 2nd Version of the program I created. I needed some more challenge, which I added through more reps and exercises Starting off, give yourself 20 seconds between each set. As you progress, try to eliminate the 20 seconds rest between to do 1 round completely before resting for 1 minute. As it gets easier, then you can increase the number of reps to add more challenge to your muscles. You can also continue to reduce the rest time between rounds. Finally to add more challenge try to add an additional round. BUT the key is to try to stay around the 15 minute mark. At most don't exceed 20 minutes.
