Why 15 minute weight workouts?
15 minutes of weight training. 5-6 times a week. Is this really enough to build muscle? Lose fat? I don’t know but this is the experiment that my wife and I are going to try.
I am a busy project manager and my wife is even more busy looking after our kids, her mother and me! She is the planner and visionary and keeps our ship watertight.
Though we love working out, our current lifestyle doesn't allow for long gym visits or even long home workouts.
One day in the shower the thought came to me, can we build muscle and lose fat using 15 minute workouts? Using little to no rest between sets for added cardio.
My wife and I are embarking on this experiment and our invitation to you is to try it with us.
This is me at the peak of doing the 15-minute workouts in addition to running and intermittently fasting.
